VOILE 3-PIN CABLE 2022

The 3-Pin Cable remains a solid staple in the world of tele bindings. It is one of the most versatile and lightweight backcountry touring bindings out there.As with all Voilé tele bindings, there really is no cable in the conventional sense. Instead, a pair of long, rigid, coiled springs with hooks and a locking heel piece complete the necessary toe-to-heel loop. The springs expand ever so slightly with each telemark turn and can be easily adjusted on the heel end. It’s a design that has stood the test of time, and still is very popular with skiers who prefer the comfort and flex of leather and softer-plastic telemark boots. The springs can be cut and sanded to fit any boot size. Cables can be removed and stowed for free heel uphill touring and re-attached for more performance on the descent.The toe-piece is manufactured from same high quality aluminum used in the Hardwire 3-Pin construction-6000 series T6. It won't let you down! The standard (20 cm) cable fits boots with sole lengths up to 345 mm (335 mm from pin line to heel). The longer (22.5 cm) cable is available as an accessory if you have longer boots.
